Vegeta's name has
many different spellings. It can be spelt
like Vegita, Vejita, Vejeta, Vejeeta,
Vegeeta, the list goes on. In Japanese
his name is Bejita. His name is a pun on
'vegetable'. Vegeta is a favorite of many
fans because of his complicated
personality. Vegeta was one of the most
evil and arrogant characters in the
beginning. He first appeared in the
Saiyan saga in DBZ. He has a big ego and
always wants to be the best and the
strongest. He is always determined to
beat his rival Goku, whom he always calls
by his Saiyan name. Vegeta does what he
feels like. He refuses to be a part of
the crowd and normally stands on the side
looking annoyed. Vegeta is very proud of
his Saiyan heritage. He is also one of
the strongest characters, because he is
so determined to be the best, and doesn't
want anyone to hurt his pride. He is
bugged easily and if something irritates
him he will smash it. People like him
because of his coolness, attitude and his
hair. Vegeta
is the son of the King Vegeta of the
planet Vegeta which was the Saiyans' home
planet. When the planet was invaded, the
King was killed, and Prince Vegeta was
taken in as one of Freeza's men. However
he joined up with the good guys to kill
Freeza and stayed on their side. On
Earth, Vegeta had a kid with Bulma called
Trunks, who was born during the Android
saga. Vegeta didn't care about his son at
first and was more bothered about beating
up the androids. In the Buu saga, Vegeta
became totally good and no longer had
evil in him. At the end of DBZ, Vegeta
and Bulma had a daughter called Bra. He
has a small role in DBGT.
