Tien

Tien, or Tenshinhan is a three eyed man, who is based on the three eyed god in the Monkey King legend. His fighting partner is Chaozu. Tien is considered as one of the weaker characters, although he had a very close match with Goku in Dragon Ball during one of the Tenkaichi Budokais.
