Commander
Red:
The original leader of the Army.
He sent out many people to collect the
Dragon Balls for him, at any price. Most
people thought he was plotting some kind
of evil that he needed the Dragon Balls
to wish for, but all Red wanted was to
wish himself to be taller. When Commander
Black heard this, he killed Red and took
over the Army himself. Commander
Black:
Mainly stayed with Commander Red
following orders, such as not standing
next to Red as he made him look short
etc, until he killed him and took over
the RR Army. He was killed by Goku in the
end.
Captain Silver:

of the RR on his search for the Dragon
Balls. Silver shoots Goku out of the sky
destroying his Kintoun in the process.
Silver wanted to know how Goku was able
to find the Dragon Balls so easily, but
Goku refused to tell him because he was
so rude, and when Silver tried to steal
Goku's radar, he beat him up.
General Blue:
Leader of Squad A of the Red
Ribbon. They chased Goku, Krillin and
Bulma for a long time, but Squad A were
all caught in a pirate trap, so Blue
continued to follow them on his own. Blue
even followed Goku to Penguin Village,
managing to steal his radar before being
beated up by Arale. Commander Red was
angry that he didn't manage to get the
Dragon Balls, so he hired Tao Pai Pai,
who killed Blue easily, using only his
tongue.
Sergeant Purple:
One of the Red Ribbon who are at
Muscle Tower. He fights Goku on the
fourth floor, using secret ninja
techniques, such as hiding behind a
cloak, and making Goku count to 30 while
he hides under a rock. Unfortunately for
him, Goku is not too good at counting.
Goku manages to defeat him using his Jan
Ken attack.
General White:
The head at Muscle Tower, who
kidnapped the Mayor of Jingle Village. He
is on the top floor and watches Goku's
progress through the tower with Purple.
When Goku reached the top of the tower,
he defeated White with the help of
Android #8.
Full Metal Jacket:
A robot on floor 3 of Muscle
Tower. He fights Goku, but he manages to
get past when the robot's batteries run
out.
