| Goku sets off on his search for the
4 star Dragon Ball. Soon, Goku's radar shows a
Dragon Ball nearby, and he finds it behind some
rocks. Goku is disappointed when it turns out to
be the 6 star Dragon Ball, but keeps it anyway.
He then notices some people who try to steal it
from him, so Goku beats them up and flies away on
Kintoun. The people were members of the Red
Ribbon Army, who are also after the Dragon Balls.
They notify Colonel Silver, who shoots Goku out
of the sky. Goku is upset that Silver didn't
apologise for destroying his Kintoun, and when he
tries to steal his radar and Dragon Ball, Goku
beats him up and leaves, thinking of another way
to travel (he doesn't yet know that there is more
than one Kintoun). Goku finds some capsules, and
releases a plane and a robot which flies him in
the direction of the next Dragon Ball. Meanwhile,
Silver notifies the RR Army base, and they keep a
look out for the boy. Goku and
the robot fly into an area with a colder climate,
and when the robot freezes, the plane crashes.
The Red Ribbon arrive at the site, but Goku has
been taken to a house by a girl named Snow, and
all the Red Ribbon see is a trail in the snow.
They decide to follow it. Goku wakes up in a
house, where the girl and her mother explain he
is in Jingle Village, and that the mayor has been
captured by the Red Ribbon Army in Muscle Tower.
Goku tells them about the Dragon Balls, then as
thanks for saving him, goes to kick the Red
Ribbon out of Muscle Tower and save the mayor. He
first beats up the 2 members of the Army who
arrive at the house having followed the trail.
Goku
enters the tower on the second floor, where he
beats up some officers, then advances upstairs
where he is faced with a robot by the name of
Full Metal Jacket. He gets past when the robot
when his batteries run out. On the 4th floor,
Goku plays hide and seek with a ninja, Sergeant
Purple, and beats him in that, in a race, and
finally with a Jan Ken attack. On the next floor,
he makes friends with Android #8, a creation of
Dr. Gero, and they team up to overthrow White on
the final floor and free the mayor, and destroy
the tower in the process.
Next,
Goku is pursued by General Blue, who follows him
to Penguin Village, and is then beaten up by
Arale. When Blue arrives back at RR HQ, having
obtained Goku's radar, Commanders Red and Black
have called upon the world's greatest asassin,
Tao Pai Pai. To test Tao Pai Pai's power (as he
is charging so much money), they ask him to fight
with Blue. If Blue wins, he can be allowed to
live. Blue feels confident as the fight begins,
but after a few seconds, Tao Pai Pai manages to
kill him by putting his tongue in Blue's head.
Red and Black are convinced, and send Tao Pai Pai
to find Goku. Tao Pai Pai knocks down a column,
throws it in the air, jumps on and flies away on
his quest.
Meanwhile,
Goku arrives at the Karin Sanctuary, and there he
saves a young indian boy named Upa from the Red
Ribbon. His father, Bora, is the guardian of the
Karin Sanctuary. Goku learns about the Karin
Tower, and how if someone can climb it, they will
be rewarded. Goku sees Bora has a Dragon Ball,
and upon closer inspection discovers his
grandpa's 4 star ball. Goku dances around, but
his celebrations are stopped by the arrival of
Tao Pai Pai. Bora steps up to defend the
Sanctuary, but is killed by Tao Pai Pai. In a
rage, Goku attacks Tao Pai Pai with a Kamehameha,
but it shocked when all the attack does is
destroy his clothes. Tao Pai Pai sends a beam at
Goku, knocking him out easily. He then takes
Goku's bag with the Dragon Balls in and leaves.
When
Goku regains consiousness, he decides to climb
the Karin Tower to gain strength. When he reaches
the top, he meets Karin, who tells him he will
give him some holy water if he can get it off
him. Goku learns that Muten Roshi took 3 years to
get the water. However, Goku manages to get the
water on the third day by tickling Karin. He then
leaves and manages to defeat Tao Pai Pai. Goku
then uses the Dragon Balls to wish Bora back to
life.
Goku
attacks the Red Ribbon base, but when he gets
there, Red tells him that he didn't want to wish
for anything evil, just to be taller. Black is
angered by this statement, and kills Red. After a
difficult battle, Goku manages to defeat Black.
Goku's friends then arrive and they go home.
