The original Dragon from Planet Namek created by the Great Elder Saichouro who was introduced in the DBZ Freeza saga. He can grant three wishes but needs a password to summon him when the Namek Dragon Balls are gathered. Unlike Shenron, he can grant the same wish more than once, but can't revive lots of people with one wish.
