Tenkaichi
Budokai Announcer:
This guy announces all of the
Tenkaichi Budokais in the series. Namu:
Namu appeared in the 21st
Tenkaichi Budokai, when he was fighting
to buy water for his village. Roshi gave
him a capsule to carry water in in return
for dressing up like him so no-one would
suspect he was Jackie Chun.
Snow:
Snow rescued Goku in the Red
Ribbon saga of Dragon Ball when he was
frozen, and Goku went to beat up the Red
Ribbon and save her village as thanks for
saving him.
Bora and Upa:
These characters appeared in the Red
Ribbon saga in Dragon Ball. Bora is an
indian who lived in the Karin Sanctuary
with his son Upa. He was killed by Tao
Pai Pai, so Goku went after him to wish
Bora back to life with the Dragon Balls
Tao Pai Pai had stolen from him. Bora
gave Goku the 4 star Dragon Ball he was
looking for.
