Oolong

  Oolong is a little shape changing pig. He first appears in Dragon Ball as a bad guy, but Goku and Bulma manage to get him on their side. He used to go to school with Puar and when they met up a little later they did not like each other a lot. Oolong likes panties very much and used their wish for a pair of his own so he didn't need to keep stealing them. He was the only one who got his wish from the first Dragon Ball quest, even though Yamcha's and Bulma's wishes came true anyway. He stays for pretty much the rest of the series and hangs around with Muten Roshi.
