Dubbed Title: The World's Strongest
This movie is set after the Saiyan
saga.
Oolong has taken Bulma's Radar and
he and Gohan are looking for the Dragon Balls on
a icy mountain. Piccolo is training on another
mountain. The radar shows all 7 Dragon Balls are
in the same place. Nearby, a scientist, Dr.
Kochin, has collected the Dragon Balls and
summonned the dragon Shenron. Kochin wishes for
the ice on the mountains to melt so that Dr.
Wheelo and his lab would be released from under
the ice. Shenron grants the wish and disappears,
and the snow and ice begins to melt. A metal-like
fortress is revealed as the mountains crumble
apart. Gohan and Oolong try to run away from it
but are stopped by four of Wheelo's henchmen.
Piccolo comes to rescue them but is captured by a
laser beam and disappears. Oolong and Gohan
escape and return home.
Gohan studies in his room while Chi Chi and Goku
are arguing about him downstairs. Chi Chi is
angry that Goku knows nothing about how the real
world works and how he doesn't care if Gohan
doesn't study. Meanwhile at Kame House Oolong is
burning something he is cooking. There is a knock
at the door and Wheelo's henchmen are there
looking for Muten Roshi because he is the
strongest man in the world. Roshi goes outside
and refuses to go with them, but is forced to
when they kidnap Bulma. Roshi and Bulma are taken
to Wheelo's ship. Oolong who was watching rushes
off to tell Goku, who sets off to look for them.
Gohan sneaks out and follows his dad.
In Wheelo's ship, Kochin says that his master Dr.
Wheelo was in an accident 50 years ago which
killed him, but Kochin managed to preserve his
brain for all that time and added a device which
let them speak to each other. They had kidnapped
Muten Roshi, so Wheelo's brain could be planted
in the strongest body in the world. To test
Roshi's strength, Kochin sends out three androids
to fight him. He fights them for a while with a
Kamehameha wave, but ends up being electrocuted.
Bulma says that Muten Roshi was the strongest man
50 years ago but is too old now, and Goku is now
the strongest man.
As she is saying this, Goku approaches the ship.
Kochin realizes who he is and sends his androids
down to battle Goku. He beats the first one when
Krillin and Gohan arrive. Eventually, after being
frozen by one of the androids, Goku, Krillin and
Gohan manage to find their way to Bulma and the
doctors.
Kochin brings out Piccolo, who he has previously
captured and is controlling with a device on his
head. Gohan is shocked when his friend punches
him. This makes Goku angry and he begins to fight
with Piccolo. Gohan tries to break up the fight
but Piccolo attacks him each time. There is
nothing Gohan can do so he starts to cry. In his
rage his power is released and the gold device on
Piccolo's head cracks. Kochin turns his arm into
a machine gun and starts shooting at Krillin and
Bulma, but is stopped by Muten Roshi who destroys
it. Piccolo is now no longer controlled by Kochin
and all Wheelo's weapons are used up.
Wheelo has one more trick. He bursts free from
the jar containing his brain and now appears
wearing a metal suit. As he walks, the ground
cracks and Kochin falls in. The Z warriors are
beaten up badly and soon only Goku is able to
fight. Goku breaks Wheelo's arm and sends him
hurtling towards space. When he is in space,
Wheelo decides to destroy the Earth. Goku tells
everyone to move out of the way and powers up a
Genki Dama. But before he has a chance to fire
it, Wheelo attacks him and he falls to the
ground. Krillin, Piccolo and Gohan fly up and
fight Wheelo for a while, but they are too weak.
Goku then fires the Genki Dama and Dr. Wheelo is
finally destroyed. Piccolo leaves and the others
also head home, joking about Muten Roshi.
