Dr. Briefs & Mrs. Briefs

  Dr. & Mrs. Briefs are Bulma's parents. Dr. Briefs is a scientist and invented Capsules. He is the president of the Hoi Poi Capsule Corporation (later shortened to Capsule Corp). Dr. Briefs always has a black cat on his shoulder, and not much is known about its origin. Mrs. Briefs likes to flirt and eat cakes, and almost never opens her eyes.
